For ordered to be delivered outside Houston area or more than 50 miles from our location, we use multiple shipping methods; include UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL Truck companies.
Shipping charge will depend on the weight, quantity and distance of destination.
RMA Return Policy
Please download, print and fill out the RMA form and fax to 281-449-5302. Returns are subject to conditions specified in our Return Policy.
Order Cancellations:
All cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
If your order has already shipped, please follow the steps in our return policy.
Returns and Exchanges:
It is customer’s responsibility to report damages within 72 hours of receiving wheels.
RMA requests can only be made within 30 days of receiving wheels.
Wheels and accessories must be properly packaged and returned in the original box.
All returns have to be inspected by our mechanics to ensure the new condition. Non-manufactory defect or damaged from improper installation by buyer cannot be returned.
Return wheels that is not defective will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee.
BZO Wheels will only cover the shipping cost of returns due to the manufactory defaulting.
There will be no returns on special order and clearance wheels.
